Support

EuVio is made by one person who reads every message. If something isn’t working, isn’t clear, or just doesn’t feel right, write in — that feedback shapes the app.

Contact

Email support@euvioapp.com. You’ll normally hear back within two business days. Please include your iPadOS version and, if it helps, what you were doing when the problem appeared — never include passwords or API keys in an email.

Common questions

I got a new iPad. How do I move my EuVio data?

Use the Archive: in Settings → Archive, create an encrypted archive of your library, move the file to the new iPad (AirDrop, iCloud Drive, or a cable), and open it there. Your mail and AI connections are re-linked on the new device for security — the app walks you through reconnecting them after the restore.

I forgot my archive passphrase.

There is no recovery — that’s a promise, not a limitation. The passphrase never leaves your devices, so nobody (including us) can open the archive without it. If the convenience unlock was enabled and it’s within seven days, a restore on your own iCloud-signed-in device may still work; otherwise the archive cannot be opened. Your live data on the original iPad is unaffected.

How do I disconnect my Gmail or Outlook account?

In EuVio’s mail settings, choose the account and tap Disconnect. This deletes the local mail cache from your iPad and revokes EuVio’s access with Google or Microsoft. You can also revoke access from the provider’s side at any time — in your Google Account permissions or your Microsoft account privacy settings.

Why do AI features ask me for an API key?

Because EuVio has no server, AI features connect your iPad directly to a provider you choose — OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or your own local model. The key comes from your account with that provider, is stored in your device’s Keychain, and is never shown again or sent anywhere except to that provider.

How do refunds work?

Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds go through them: visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the purchase. Apple decides refund requests, but they’re generally reasonable about recent ones.

Data requests

EuVio stores your data on your iPad, not with us — there is no copy on any server of ours to request, correct, or delete. To see your data, open the app; to take it with you, create an Archive; to erase it, use the in-app erase option or delete the app. If you have any question about what the app stores or does, write to support@euvioapp.com and you’ll get a straight answer. The full details are in the Privacy Policy.
